Bucheon FC 1995 earned a valuable victory at home against Gyeongnam FC, as a penalty kick goal from ‘transfer student’ Lupeta and a wedge goal from Lee Jung-bin secured the three points.

Bucheon won 2-0 in the 26th round of the 2023 Hana One Q K League 2 against Gyeongnam at Bucheon Sports Complex at 7 p.m. on Thursday. Bucheon, who were winless in their last four matches, turned things around with their first win in five matches.

The home team deployed a 3-4-3 formation. Centering on Lupeta, Kim Bo-yong and Kim Honam led the attack from the front, supported by Kim Sun-ho, Kazu, Choi Jae-young, and Jung Hee-woong. Signor Gwan, Nilsson Jr. and Lee Dong-hee formed the back three, with Lee Bum-soo in goal.

The away team, Gyeongnam, came out with a 4-4-2 formation. Gleason and Lee Jong-un formed the top two, with Park Min-seo, Song Hong-min, Castro, and Seo Jae-won in the midfield. The back four consisted of Kwon Ki-pyo, Park Jae-hwan, Lee Kang-hee, and Woo Sung, with Go Dong-min in goal.

The two teams played a tense exploratory game in the first half. Gyeongnam gradually increased their possession and tried to find the gaps in Bucheon’s defense, but they couldn’t find the space to take a shot. Bucheon’s offense was also unable to break through. Seo Jae-won’s shot in the eighth minute of the first half was the only shot from either team until the 28th minute.

Gyeongnam tried to shake Bucheon’s left and right flanks with crosses. Bucheon also had a decisive chance in the 29th minute. After a corner kick, Kim Bo-yong connected with a powerful shot from the back post, but it was saved by goalkeeper Ko Dong-min.

Bucheon revitalized their attack towards the end of the first half as Jung Hee-woong diligently dug into the opposition’s zone from the right flank. In the 38th minute, Kim Bo-yong drew a foul on the left side of the penalty box, and VAR showed a penalty kick. Lupeta stepped up to take the spot kick and calmly slotted it home to give Bucheon the lead.

Gyeongnam made a major change at the start of the second half, removing Lee Jong-un, Kwon Ki-pyo, and Seol Hyun-jin and bringing on Won Ki-jong, Park Min-seo, and Seol Hyun-jin at the same time. Bucheon took off Kim Bo-yong, who showed signs of fatigue in the 15th minute of the second half, and introduced Lee Yi-hyung. After suffering from Gyeongnam’s offense, Bucheon exited the field in the 23rd minute when Kim Honam was no longer able to play due to injury and was replaced by Ahn Jae-jun. Bucheon also introduced Park Hyung-jin in place of Lupeta.

Ahn Jae-joon didn’t hesitate to take a shot when he was near the penalty box, making goalkeeper Ko Dong-min nervous. Both teams made substitutions in the final minutes of the game. In the 32nd minute, Gyeongnam removed Park Min-seo and introduced Leo, while Bucheon brought on Lee Jung-bin in place of Choi Jae-young. Gyeongnam pushed forward until the end of the match. 메이저놀이터

However, they were unable to find the equalizer in the 36th minute as Lee Jun-jae’s mid-range shot went wide, and in the 40th minute, Won Ki-jong’s left-footed shot floated over the bar. Bucheon took advantage of the opportunity. In second-half stoppage time, “soccer genius” Lee Jung-bin scored the winner with a shot that had a fantastic trajectory, making the score 2-0.
