As part of the off-season CSR activities of the club, OK Financial Group’s Isman visited Sangnok Middle School, located in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and successfully completed the ‘School’ event.

In this ‘School Taek’, 6 ​​players and cheerleaders, including OK Financial Group volleyball team captain Cha Ji-hwan, Boo Yong-chan, Kwak Myeong-woo, Jeon Jin-seon, Moon Ji-hoon, and Kang Jung-min, participated and breathed with 180 students of Sangnok Middle School.

The OK Financial Group volleyball team’s visit to Sangnok Middle School was made through application for a home game event. As the story submitted by a student from Sangnok Middle School won, the destination for the ‘School PickTaek’ was set to Sangnok Middle School, and thanks to the active cooperation of Sangnok Middle School, all 3rd grade students from Sangrok Middle School were able to attend. The event was centered around programs that allowed students and athletes to breathe together as much as possible. At the beginning of the event, starting with a cheerleading performance, students learned how to support the OK Financial Group volleyball team and sang cheering songs for the athletes and clubs.

The players entered after cheering time. Immediately after entering, the event continued with questions and answers from students, and a corner where you could breathe closer to recreation and volleyball experiences continued. After progressing until the volleyball experience time, students and players gathered together to take commemorative photos, and then had a fan signing time and the event ended.

Thanks to the enthusiastic cheers and responses of the students, the athletes looked back and said that they had as much fun as the students. Captain Cha Ji-hwan said, “I receive a lot of positive energy from students. Thanks to you, I had a really pleasant day,” he said.

“It was a good time to be with local students. In the future, if there are more local-friendly events with people from such related regions, I think it will contribute to the popularity of volleyball.” ㅋㅋㅋ벳

The OK Financial Group volleyball team will also consider whether to proceed with additional schools to continue the hot atmosphere confirmed at the event. In addition, we plan to continue holding fan-friendly events with Ansan City during the off-season.
