The Korean women’s national soccer team, led by head coach Colin Bell, invites Zambia home.

The Korea Football Association (KFA) announced on the 24th, “The women’s national soccer team, ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup to be held in Australia and New Zealand in July, has decided to hold two friendly matches in Korea and Zambia in April.”

The KFA added, “The dates of the matches are April 7 and 11, and the venue and time have not yet been set.”

Both of these matches will be held during the women’s national team A-match period set by FIFA, so even overseas players can participate. It will be the first time the women’s national team will face Zambia, and the first time they will play against an African team in Korea.

Zambia is also a team participating in this year’s Women’s World Cup. Zambia earned a spot in the finals by finishing third behind South Africa and Morocco at the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations held last July as a World Cup qualifier. 먹튀검증

This is Zambia’s first participation in the Women’s World Cup. However, at the 2019 Women’s World Cup in France, she showed improved skills to the point of beating Nigeria, who had won victory over Korea, in the third/fourth place match. Zambia, which belongs to Group C, will compete against Spain, Costa Rica and Japan to advance to the round of 16.

Our women’s national team is in Group H along with Morocco, Colombia and Germany in the Australia-New Zealand World Cup. Therefore, the match against Zambia is expected to be a match focused on preparing for the match against Morocco, an African country.
